Alton was very nice and friendly. This was my first inspection and he took his time with me and answered all my questions and made it easy for me to understand. He was very thorough with his work and he gives the home inspection a lot of attention and detail. He makes the reports easy to understand and gives you the picture to show exactly what he means and what needs to be fixed. He will answer any question you have even after everything is said and done with. He wants to make sure you understand what all is going on. It was a completely a wonderful experience. The inspection was done with great attention, the report was easy to read and covered each & every part of the home. Alton is easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable about homes. I was very nervous about buying my first home but finding a good inspector really helped me understand just what I was getting when I bought my home. Thank you for taking the time to cover all the parts of the home and thank you for answering the hundreds of question that I had. This was the first inspection that I have had performed but I do not think that it could have been done any better. The CD with the pictures is great, all the notes and arrows really helped me to see the problems and now I feel that I know a lot more about how things should be done!
