Our program has been designed to assure you a thorough, easy to understand overview of the conditions of the home you are about to purchase. We use software developed by one of the leading Home Inspection training facilities in the country to assure that you receive an inspection report that covers every part of your new home, is easy to read and understand, and exceeds all state and national standards for home inspections. An inspection report normally runs in length from 30-45 pages. Your inspection report from ATN Services will be accompanied by a Compact Disc containing all of the documents pertaining to your Home Inspection, high resolution digital photographs with annotations of conditions, information that may pertain to the age and condition of your home, and suggestions for continued maintenance and energy saving tips.

For a thorough inspection to be performed your inspector will need all the utilities to be on. Water, gas and electricity must all be turned on so that every system of the home can be checked. Consult your Realtor about assuring that all utilities are functional prior to the date of your inspection. While we may be able to give you an opinion as to the condition of a system without utilities being on, we cannot operate equipment that is not powered or supplied with gas or water to verify its operation. A re inspection on any unpowered equipment can be performed at a later date but may involve a reinspect fee.
If repairs are to be made after your inspection is performed we would also suggest that you contact ATN Services to reinspect the work done to make sure that the issues are resolved to your satisfaction.
Check out the NACHI Standard of Practice. All our inspections meet or exceed
the recognized Standards of Practice for Home Inspections.
