About Our Home Inspection Company

I have completed many different types of inspections from large commercial structures to condos and small single family homes. Each inspection is important to me and I want to assure you that every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. I will notify you, in detail, of any item that is noted as being an issue or in need of repair. You will be provided quality color photos with every inspection. With the site inspection finished and the inspection report in hand, you will have a more complete idea of the true condition of the home, allowing you to make the most informed decision possible.

Reports are comprehensive and cover all areas of the home. Digital photos of defects or issues are included in the detailed, easy to follow report along with recommendations for improvement. I do not complete inspection reports on site as I feel that this practice does not allow the time needed to document and report the conditions found during the inspection. Instead, reports are delivered via email within 24 hours of the completion of the site visit. The on site portion of the inspection normally requires at least two hours and possibly as long as four hours on most homes. I normally schedule only one inspection per day so that I can devote all the time needed to inspect and report on the condition of the home. My pricing for an inspection may be slightly higher than other inspectors in the area, but my experience, attention to detail, and my unbending commitment to you will more than offset any difference in cost. From the first contact with me through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.charred roof joists and bad HVAC ducts
